Violent Clash in Hohoe Gordenu Leaves Two Dead, Police Vehicle Torched

In a bid to restore calm and maintain law and order, the Police have successfully quelled a violent disturbance that occurred in Gordenu near Hohoe in the Volta Region. The unrest stemmed from an accident involving a Police patrol vehicle and a motorbike rider, which resulted in the vehicle being set ablaze by some members of the community.

Tragically, two lives were lost during the violent incident. Additionally, the motorbike rider, who sustained injuries in the accident, is currently receiving medical attention.
