Accra – In the midst of a heated debate surrounding the proposed Anti-LGBTQ bill, Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, the government spokesperson on governance and security, has called for parliamentary restraint and a respectful dialogue between the Minister of Communications, Ursula Owusu Ekuful, and Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, the Member of Parliament for Tamale Central.
