SIGA, PMMC Management Discuss Good Governance and Compliance

A delegation from the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), led by Director-General Prof. Michael Kpessah White, paid a courtesy call on the management of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) earlier today.

The visit aimed to congratulate the Acting Managing Director of PMMC, Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., on his recent appointment and familiarize the SIGA team with the company’s management. Discussions also centered around good corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Gyamfi expressed his gratitude to Prof. White for the visit and assured him of his full cooperation in enhancing good corporate governance practices within PMMC. Additionally, Mr. Gyamfi appealed to SIGA for support and guidance as PMMC transitions into the soon-to-be-established Goldbod.
