In an unprecedented achievement, Ghana has secured a 100% win rate in the recent African Union elections held in Addis Ababa. All three Ghanaian candidates emerged victorious, making history as the only country to achieve this feat.
Ambassador Jane Gasu Aheto will take her seat on the African Union Commission on International Law (AUCIL), while Lawyer Kwami Edem Senanu successfully secured re-election to the African Union Advisory Board Against Corruption (AUABC). Yesterday, Ambassador Amma A. Twum-Amoah was also celebrated for her emphatic victory as Commissioner.
